Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) régissent les relations commerciales entre Gregory Jadot (prestataire) et tout client (e-commerçant ou agence) ayant commandé des services d'automatisation par agents IA.These Terms and Conditions govern the commercial relationship between Gregory Jadot (service provider) and any client (e-merchant or agency) who has ordered AI agent automation services.

Les tarifs sont exprimés en euros TTC. Gregory Jadot opérant depuis le Vietnam en tant qu'indépendant, aucune TVA européenne n'est applicable.Prices are expressed in euros including all taxes. Gregory Jadot operating from Vietnam as an independent, no European VAT applies.
Mode unique : virement international via Wise. Les coordonnées bancaires sont transmises après validation de la commande.Single method: international wire transfer via Wise. Bank details are sent after order confirmation.
Essentiel : paiement du setup en 3 échéances sans frais (164€ à la commande, 163€ à J+30, 163€ à J+60). Abonnement mensuel de 97€ à partir du mois suivant la livraison.Essential: setup paid in 3 interest-free installments (€164 at order, €163 at D+30, €163 at D+60). Monthly subscription of €97 from the month following delivery.
Croissance & Performance : 50% à la commande, 50% à la livraison (J+5). Abonnement mensuel dès le mois suivant.Growth & Performance: 50% at order, 50% at delivery (D+5). Monthly subscription from the following month.
Démarrage : aucune prestation ne commence avant réception du premier paiement.Start: no service begins before receipt of the first payment.
Le déploiement de l'agent est effectué dans un délai de 5 jours ouvrés à compter de la réception du premier paiement et de la transmission des accès nécessaires par le client.Agent deployment is carried out within 5 business days from receipt of the first payment and transmission of required access credentials by the client.
Une session d'onboarding en visioconférence (45 min) est incluse dans les 7 jours suivant la livraison.An onboarding video call (45 min) is included within 7 days of delivery.
Si l'agent déployé ne génère pas de résultats mesurables au cours du premier mois complet d'utilisation (définition : au moins 1 conversation engagée OU 1 lead capturé OU 1 relance panier envoyée), le mois d'abonnement suivant est offert sans condition, sans démarche particulière de la part du client.If the deployed agent generates no measurable results during the first full month of use (definition: at least 1 conversation initiated OR 1 lead captured OR 1 cart follow-up sent), the next subscription month is provided free of charge, with no action required from the client.
Cette garantie ne couvre pas les cas de force majeure ou d'accès insuffisants fournis par le client.This guarantee does not cover force majeure or insufficient access credentials provided by the client.
L'abonnement mensuel est reconduit tacitement chaque mois. Il peut être résilié à tout moment par le client avec un préavis de 30 jours par email à contact@gregoryjadot.online.The monthly subscription auto-renews each month. It can be cancelled at any time by the client with 30 days' notice by email to contact@gregoryjadot.online.
En cas de résiliation, l'agent reste actif jusqu'à la fin de la période en cours. Aucun remboursement partiel n'est accordé pour un mois entamé.Upon cancellation, the agent remains active until the end of the current period. No partial refund is granted for a started month.
Offre Fondateurs : le tarif de 97€/mois est garanti à vie pour les 5 premiers clients, quelles que soient les évolutions tarifaires futures.Founder Offer: the €97/month rate is guaranteed for life for the first 5 clients, regardless of future price changes.
Gregory Jadot s'engage à maintenir la stricte confidentialité de toutes les informations transmises par le client (accès boutique, données CRM, catalogue produits). Aucune information n'est partagée avec des tiers. Pour les agences, un NDA peut être signé sur demande.Gregory Jadot commits to maintaining strict confidentiality of all information provided by the client (store access, CRM data, product catalog). No information is shared with third parties. For agencies, an NDA can be signed upon request.
Les présentes CGV sont soumises au droit belge. En cas de litige, les parties s'engagent à rechercher une solution amiable avant tout recours judiciaire. À défaut, les tribunaux belges seront compétents.These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before any legal action. Failing that, Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction.
